At NAIB, we have full confidence in our varied range of services, products and solutions. All the services available at NAIB website are carried out for the clients after extensive project analysis. It ensures full understanding of the work and almost no possibilities of any project cancellation, reversal or dispute. In case of dissatisfaction from our services, clients have the liberty to cancel their projects and request a refund from us. Our Policy for the cancellation and refund will be as follows:


Cancellation Policy:

(a) Cancellation order for a particular service must be made within 7-10 business days of service agreement.

(b) In No case, NAIB will entertain cancellation requests made for services such as domain name registration and domain name transfer.

(c) A service stands cancel if next payment is not received within 7 working days.

(d) No cancellation is possible for the services offered with promotional discounts on special occasions. These are limited edition offers.


Refund Policy:

(a) In case any client is not completely satisfied with our services we can provide a refund within 30 days from the date of installation of the Project.

(b) No refund is possible for the fee paid in the form of administrative fees or installation

(c) No refund will be entertained in case service gets canceled due to any violation of terms stated in our Terms & Condition section.

(d) There is no refund policy for the services placed under same day delivery.

(e) The final refunds will be made after deducting the fees rendered for the Installation & Maintenance Services and the Hourly charges for the work completed by us.

(f) NAIB is not liable to pay refund if delay or service disruption happens due to third party involvement.

(g) If paid by credit card, refunds will be issued to the original credit card provided at thetime of purchase and in case of Payment Gateway Name payments refund will be made to the same account.

(h) Refunds are issued at the discretion of the company management within 30-days period after date of purchase. In your claim, please, include explanation of reasons for a refund, and your order information. Prior to ordering, please, make sure you have carefully read and understood the product’s system requirements. If you are not sure about product compatibility, or have questions about product features, please contact our Client Support Service. All inquiries are free of charge. Upon confirmation of your request for a refund, you must also destroy all copies of the software you may have made or stored in any place, as well as uninstall the software from any computers owned or controlled by you where you have installed the software. All licenses you may have to use the software will be immediately terminated, and any further use of the software will be an infringement of copyrights as well as other intellectual property rights. No refunds are issued for provided services (including product installation, customization and software development) if provided services meet predefined specifications.

(i) Please note that we do not bear any responsibility and therefore we do not satisfy any refund/return/exchange requests based on incompatibility of our products with some third-party software (plug-ins, add-ons, modules, search engines, scripts, extensions etc) other than those which are specified as compatible in a description available on the preview page of each product. We don’t guarantee that our products are fully compatible with any third-party programs and we do not provide support for third-party applications.
